Now that you've caught the hiring manager's eye with an impressive resume, time to secure the job with an even more impressive face to face interview. This is probably the most important part of the process and key to landing the job. It is a chance for you to sell yourself, share your story, and explain to your future employer why you are the perfect candidate for the job. Here are some tips that will help get you hired:
  • Research the Company. Find out as much information as possible about the company you are applying for. Check their website, talk to peers, and utilize the internet to get the advantage you need.
  • Dress for Success. Before speaking to you, your future employer's first impression of you will be based on how you look and what you wear. Make sure you dress appropriately and let them know you are a serious candidate.
